Grander Capital is a boutique real estate investment and mortgage brokerage firm based in Dallas, Texas. The firm provides direct equity investment in real estate projects as well as traditional brokerage services for debt and equity. Grander Capital has expertise in all real estate types including retail, multifamily, land, office, industrial and healthcare. Grander can meet any of your capital requirements including joint venture equity, mezzanine debt, construction loans, bridge loans and permanent fixed rate mortgages.
Leadership
Hook Harmeling - Director
Hook Harmeling is the founder of Grander Capital. Mr. Harmeling is a real estate veteran having closed real estate transactions from coast to coast as well as Mexico and Canada. Mr. Harmeling has expertise in all areas of real estate including, multifamily, retail, office, industrial, residential (condominiums & lot development), hospitality and land. He has been recognized by the Dallas Business Journal as a Real Estate “Heavy Hitter” and is an active member of ICSC, NTCAR and other real estate organizations.
Mr. Harmeling is an active philanthropist and is the Founder and President of the Ryan Gibson Foundation, a non-profit group that raises funding for leukemia research. Mr. Harmeling holds a BBA in Finance from Southern Methodist University and speaks both English and Spanish.
Fletcher Bennet - Senior Director
Fletcher Bennett is a Senior Director and an accomplished commercial real estate professional with over 10 years of CRE experience. He is primarily responsible for originating debt and equity placement transactions throughout the United States. Prior to his role at Grander Capital, Mr. Bennett served as a Financial Analyst for a family investment office in Denver and also worked as a Foreclosure Specialist.
Mr. Bennett is a graduate of the University of Arkansas and received a MBA at Southern Methodist University with a dual concentration in Real Estate and Financial Investments. Mr. Bennett is an active member of The Real Estate Council.
Shelbi Adams - Senior Financial Analyst
Shelbi Adams is a Financial Analyst at Grander Capital where she is responsible for financial analysis, project due diligence and closing processes for all types of commercial real estate transactions. Ms. Adams also supports the firm by preparing presentation and marketing materials for all property types. Ms. Adams background includes Commercial Lending and Originations. Prior to Grander Capital, Ms. Adams served as a Sales Analyst for Arbor Commercial Mortgage as a part of their loan origination group.
Ms. Adams earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management from Texas Tech University and is active in the real estate community.
Elise Webb - Closing Analyst
Elise Webb is a Closing Analyst at Grander Capital where she is primarily responsible for project due diligence and preparing presentation and marketing materials for all property types. Ms. Webb also supports the firm by providing administrative and project management support on all transactions. Prior to Grander Capital, Ms. Webb earned her Bachelor's Degree in Finance from The University of Oklahoma. She also served as a Financial Consultant at Equitable Advisors in Dallas.
